Eckington School: A group of artists renovated a historic DC School into studio/livable units.

The Mohawk: A group of artists renovated a historic apartment building into 9 studio/livable units.

Kings Ct Art Studios: A group of artists turned an abandoned warehouse into 6 large art studios.

Blagden Alley Arts Warehouse: With a partner, renovated large historic warehouse into multi-use art space.
This two level giant art space was the host of a variety of legendary arts related projects.

*Each of these projects were organized and created by a unique group of DC artists.
These projects are currently still in use as designed for artists.
